Van Cleave Apartments

Major A. C. Rosencranz made an investment of about $100,000 in aparment building in Evansville in 1910. Several of these are located near the high school and furnish pleasant accomodations at moderate cost to the teachers. All were designed by Clifford Shopbell & Co.
